Autumn Wind

Lissa wrote this song called Autumn Wind for the Reflections competition for her school. She is very gifted at making up songs. Now if we could only get her spend as much time practicing her recital pieces as she does making stuff up :)

Lissa I loved that! Way to be your own composer! I think you should keep doing that and tell your piano teacher to stuff sand and let you play your own pieces for a recital. (if it's someone I know, don't tell her I told you to say that heh heh!)

YAY CLARISSA!!! I clapped and "bravoed" did you hear me?? That was way awesome. Who would have thought our little Lissa would be such a star, such a fabuloso musician. Seriously, way to go. Will you write me one now? I mean, I'm at least as neat as Autumn Wind right?

Thanks so much dear Lissa and your sound manager! I love it. And I second Aunt Wendy's suggestion. Ask Sr. Montgomery if you can play it for your recital. You could play some other composer's stuff for one of your pieces, but you can compose so well you ought to also be able to perform your own work for a larger audience.

Wow, Lissa! That was great! The girls kept asking to see it again. Wonderful job. Can't wait to hear your next composition.

She's good!!! Dallin likes to do that too. I'll have to show him this video. I hear there's a computer program that you can somehow print up the music you compose. I'll look into it and let you know.
